LETTER TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS

Re: Our Scanner Has Arrived

Dear Shareholders,

In the very early hours of Monday morning, our Siemens PET/CT scanner arrived in Vancouver on the back of a huge flatbed truck.

On Tuesday morning, the individual pieces of the entire assembly were lifted to our roof deck on the third floor and were then wheeled by four very strong workers to the scanner room for assembly. This assembly will take about ten days and begin Wednesday, with our own maintenance technician observing and learning.

It has been a very rewarding day. Below are some photographs.
